I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Julie Faupel, an incredibly successful Realtor and the founder of REALM, an unbelievable real estate group that I am lucky to be included as a founding member. In a break from the form where I am not the one asking the questions but giving insight into my background, from growing up in the Turks & Caicos, to my political and legal careers before transitioning into real estate. Julie and I discuss the trends in the Turks & Caicos market and how rugby is a business model for real estate.
