Dom is a great example of a multi-faceted, driven, young Turks Islander. Accomplished in the creative field, both in writing and photography, Dom pursued his passion to be an Attorney and was admitted to the Turks and Caicos Bar. While his legal accomplishments are worthy of their own praise he has found the time to continue to be at the forefront of the Turks and Caicos Arts scene, culminating in his production of "The Emperor Swims" a short film set in the Turks and Caicos Islands relying solely on Turks and Caicos talent, whether in front or behind the screen. An excellent film it won accolades at the first Turks and Caicos International Film Festival.
Dom forms part of the creative team behind Caya Hico Media with Li Welch. Their creative talents can be seen across the Turks and Caicos art world, particularly the music videos created for other Turks and Caicos artists.
