Additionally, they are equipped with insulated ceilings, LED lighting, triple-pane glass windows, thermal-break frames, and high-efficiency hybrid heat pump water heaters for sustainability and reduced environmental impact.
Hurricane Preparedness
Summit villas are engineered and built to the same hurricane standards required in Miami/Dade County, Florida (the world’s gold standard) – including triple-pane impact-resistant windows and doors, reinforced concrete construction, and secure roofing systems.
Furniture Package
Summit villa owners may choose to take advantage of comprehensive furniture packages curated specifically by upscale home-furnishings company Restoration Hardware that can be shipped and expertly installed in your villa before your first stay.
Power and Water
Each Summit villa will have its own private concrete storage cistern system, which, when activated, can supply water to the household through a standard pressurized plumbing system.
Rental Management
